This 2-6GHz, 10W amplifier, employs gallium nitride (GaN) transistors in the output and driver stages, providing a compact and lightweight product, with linear output power performance, across a broad band of operation.
The RF output can be controlled in either pulsed or CW mode, utilising fast enable control signals, with low latency.
The product’s competitive size, weight and technical performance, makes it well suited to a wide range of applications, within the civil, defence, homeland security and medical industry sectors, including man-portable and mobile applications.
