This 1-20GHz, 1W amplifier, employs Gallium Nitride (GaN) transistors, providing a compact and lightweight product, with linear output power performance, across a broadband of operation.
The product’s competitive size, weight and technical performance, makes this product well suited to a wide range of platforms, within the civil, defence, homeland security and medical industry sectors, including man-portable and mobile RF applications.
